What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and entity and reference.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We offer a return and exchange policy within 15 days of purchase. We do not provide cash refunds. All exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in their original condition, with tags intact. Please see our " Return Policies " page for more details.

How do I know which size is right for me?

We work with the standard numbering style, but whenever a piece has a different size condition, we leave an alert in the comments. Either way, our customer service team is always available to help you with any questions. It has!

Do you ship outside the country?

Yes, we ship to several countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination. When checking out, you will always have access to all shipping information depending on the selected destination country.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after the order has been processed. We recommend that you contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to make any changes.

Can I pick up my order in the physical store?

Yes of course. We are open from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm, at Travessa Helena Vieira da Silva, 11, 4450-429, Leça da Palmeira.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.

If I need it, do you do gift wrapping for gifts?

Yes, we offer a gift wrapping option during check-out. The customer can also add a personalized message for the recipient, if desired. This service costs €X.

You must select this option if you want us to take the prices and wrap the gift.
